  I can't say this enough about this Frys Pharmacy on 35th and Thunderbird, some of the sweetest, and most caring pharmacy staff that I've ever had! They always go out of the way to make sure my medication is ready and already ordered! Today Heather helped me out with new insurance from Medicare which must be a hassle but she had a smile and the greatest attitude as usual! If you want a pharmacy that treats you like a person and not just a number, then i highly recommend Frys Pharmacy on 35th and Thunderbird. Ask for Heather, Jen, the Pharmacist (I don't have everyone's name but they are all included in this positive review) They will take care of you with friendliness and professionalism.

  This pharmacy is so unprofessional. When I called to ask when my prescription was ready an employee named Ravi was immediately rude to me telling me she just barely got it and there were people in front of me. When I came to pick up a prescription my doctor resent, the canceled my order with contacting me or my doctor thinking it was a mistake.

  My family and i have been coming to this Frys and their pharmacy for about 8 years now and we love this location! The staff is always nice and very helpful and the store is always clean and stocked.
