  Brittany is an excellent instructor. She has a bangin playlist, always shakes up the exercises, and give on-point cues to help you maximize your session.

  I love this local studio in my area. So many great teachers, but my favorite is Mercedes! She’s fun, energetic, and shares options for all levels. The atmosphere here is inclusive and welcoming.

  Love pilates and Mercedes is the best instructor by far..she gives clear directions..walks back and forth to see if we are doing everything right and is motivating. I just turned 80 and this is the only program I've been able to stay with..and I love it!

  Staff is nice and helpful . But It’s the gross corporate vibe that wrecks it for me. This location is tiny (think -sardines in a can) and smells like fried chicken ( shares building with FRYS deli). Cost value is off in my opinion.

  Tina was an awesome instructor, she was patient for it being our first time. She was very informative and giving us accurate expectations. She was very proactive in letting us know ways we could hurt or strain ourselves with movements done wrong or holding the straps improperly. Definitely will be back!!
