Heather has a way of making even the toughest workouts feel more doable - and keeps it fun along the way! - FKFaith KeilingSep 2, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at BFT Fitness! Owner Ben and trainer Katie have created an amazing environment. The gym was immaculate and extremely clean, and everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and motivating. The programming is awesome—easy to understand, fun, challenging, and very results-focused. The trainers keep the energy high and make working out something you actually look forward to. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you improve and reach your goals while still making the workouts enjoyable. Heart rate monitor was provided and I was able to monitor my progress in real time and was competitive against others. If you’re looking for a clean, positive, motivating gym with great programming and trainers who make fitness fun, I highly recommend BFT Fitness. Ben and Katie are fantastic! ⭐️💪
