  I have listened to many of their podcasts over the years. I traveled from Texas to Arizona in order to find a solution to my chronic hearing problem. The current hearing aids were not giving me enough volume and discernment at certain frequencies. They completed a detailed interview, testing, and made recommendations. 3 weeks later they had the hearing aids and I underwent another hour of testing and adjustment. They have a mandatory program for follow-up reviews to enhance the hearing aid performance to reach the required hearing goals set by the testing protocol. The procedure and hearing aids greatly increased overall hearing especially in the high frequencies for conversation in different venues. I am continuing the monitoring program as required by the treating physician. Their office is well organized. The entire process was explained in detail as to each step that would be taken to try to resolve the hearing problems have experienced for years. The staff and doctor took the time to listen to my problem in detail resulting in a detailed solution. I highly recommend this group of doctors and medical assistants if you want to get the best solution to a hearing problem in all circumstances. Larry Littleton

  Everyone in this office are very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and have their patients best interest first and foremost!! The doctors and staff always explain everything and are always welling to answer questions! This is the best office for hearing aids I have been to!

  I tried several ways to improve my hearing before I found Dr Cliff and Dr Beck - $6,000 “professional “ fittings, Costco, Eargo, online with Amazon and others for OTC cheap choices. I always made sure I could return them if they did not work for me. Dr. Beck, still earning her doctorate, helped me hear more clearly and understand why the rest of the solutions I tried did not work for me. Beyond the professional staff, the admin staff has been extremely helpful to accommodate my long distance requirements, since I do not live in the Phoenix area. I highly recommend Applied Hearing Solutions.

  From the moment I entered staff was friendly and asked if I needed water or coffee. The doctor explained the tests and compared today’s to the previous ones. He did not push me in any manner but stated if I wanted to try hearing aids I could or if I didn’t feel ready that was fine. The check out process was smooth and friendly as well. I am very impressed and appreciate when a doctor asks questions and really cares about me as a person.
