  I’ve been getting hearing aids from Costco for about 15 years and was mostly satisfied, but the fitting process never caught up with modern standards. After following Dr. Cliff on YouTube, I flew from Southern California to Phoenix for a proper evaluation and three weeks later left with Phonak Audéo Sphere I90 hearing aids and custom earmolds. The entire testing and fitting experience was exceptional. Everything he demonstrates in his videos, he actually does — and he explains each step clearly. He even evaluated my old hearing aids, showed me why they were inadequate for my current prescription, and reprogrammed them as well as possible. The custom earmolds he provided made a noticeable difference in both comfort and sound quality. Although the trip wasn’t convenient, it was absolutely worth it. Challenging listening situations that used to be difficult are now effortless. Great hardware is important, but outstanding measurement and fitting are what really matter. Dr. Cliff delivered both.

  I could not ask for a better experience. Dr Wingett has done a wonderful job fitting and programing my hearing aids to my prescription. She listened to my feedback and made the necessary adjustments. I appreciated that there are several follow-up appointments when my hearing aids were first fitted. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming.

  Great customer service and very thorough. Dr. Jena Wingett was very informative and made sure to explain each step of the test. She took the time after writing up my report and emailed me everything. Thank you again for your professionalism and customer service.

  I went to this clinic to get my ears cleaned and the experience was absolutely amazing! Office staff was extremely friendly both when I called and in person. I was able to get setup and make an appointment the same day I called. The office is extremely well run and my appointment was exactly on schedule. I met with Dr. Wingett for a cleaning and was able to get to see the ear wax and she explained the procedure and answered any questions I had. Its a fast procedure and I was there for the exact appropriate amount of time. The irrigation was pleasant and they definitely know what they are doing. Very well run office and informed, helpful staff.
