Staff, especially Lynette, seemed annoyed that I kept calling and following up to see where the disconnect was and when my prescription would be ready. Our last phone call she told me that I would need to wait until she “didn’t have someone standing in front of her” after I had been on the phone with her and other staff for almost a week trying to get it filled. It was NOT my Dr’s fault.
