I arrived on Sunday around 3:45 PM and the shutter was already half closed. I asked if I could come in and was ignored. Another customer inside kindly let me know the store is open until 4 PM. When I asked for help with glasses, the associate didn't seem interested and was quite dismissive. Disappointing customer service experience.

The entire Target Optical team was wonderful! Dr. Christopher Wong was excellent. He performed a very thorough eye exam and even drafted a detailed report for my other doctors. My daughter recently had a great experience here as well. I highly recommend this location!

I had a great experience overall at my appointment this morning. From the moment I arrived, Adliah greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had run into a problem with the online check-in because it would not allow me to move forward without entering an insurance number, and not every vision insurance card makes that number easy to find. Adliah jumped right in, found what was needed, and had me completely checked in within just a couple of minutes so I was still on time for my exam. Dr. Wong was excellent. He explained what he was doing throughout the exam and why, answered my questions, and made recommendations without ever making me feel pressured or like I was being sold something. Cassandra was equally helpful when fitting me for my glasses. She explained the process, paid attention to my comfort level with my bifocals, and made the experience very easy. My only suggestion would be to provide a clearer breakdown of the pricing when purchasing glasses. I was given the final amount after insurance and the in-store promotion, but I wasn’t shown the original price, how much insurance covered, and how much the promotion reduced the cost. That breakdown also wasn’t on my receipt, so after I got home I called back to better understand how the final number was reached. They were very helpful and explained it clearly when I called. I just think walking customers through those numbers at the time of purchase would make an already excellent experience even better. Overall, I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Adaliah was great in helping pick out new glasses ! Always professional and helpful . Came back after a couple of weeks to get both pair adjusted . Glasses arrived within a week and only took a few minutes to finalize everything .
