  cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Purcell and her entire team. From the moment you walk through the door, the level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism is truly exceptional. Dr. Purcell is absolutely amazing at what she does. Her attention to detail and the quality of her work are outstanding, but what really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen, explains everything thoroughly, and makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care. Her entire staff is just as wonderful—friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond. It is rare to find a practice where you feel this well taken care of from beginning to end. I am incredibly particular about my dental care, and I can confidently say I would not trust anyone else. If you are looking for a dentist who combines exceptional skill with incredible patient care and customer service, I highly recommend Dr. Purcell and her team. They truly are the best!

  I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff Vicki and Natalie were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. They were also very helpful with answering questions, scheduling, and making sure everything was taken care of. The entire office has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and you can really tell that the staff genuinely cares about their patients. Everyone was kind, attentive, and made the experience easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a place with great patient care and an incredible front office team! ❤️

  I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The office is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they’re very accommodating with my schedule. My cleanings are always quick and thorough, and their teeth whitening treatment has worked well for me. Kassandra is also amazing! She really goes above and beyond to make my visits easier and more comfortable. As a mom, I especially appreciate how accommodating and understanding she is when I bring my kids with me. Overall, I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental team!

  I’ve been coming to this dental office since I was 12 years old, and now at 23, I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! I’ve had such a great experience over the years, and the entire team has always been welcoming, caring, and professional. They truly make you feel like family and always take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of. I’m especially grateful to have had such a positive experience with dental care throughout the years. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust, whether it’s for themselves or their whole family! 🩷

  1 star I would strongly encourage anyone considering this practice to read this experience. My son had a filling here in December. Several months later, he developed significant pain in that tooth and returned to the office. He was told he was likely grinding his teeth. When the pain became worse, he returned again and was given the same explanation. He was even encouraged to purchase a $500 professional night guard. Because the pain continued to worsen, he eventually sought care from an emergency dentist on his own. They discovered an infection underneath the tooth and determined he needed an emergency root canal. He was then seen by another dentist/endodontist, who recognized significant swelling that was affecting his airway and immediately sent us to the ER. A CT scan showed soft-tissue swelling in his jaw associated with the dental infection. My son spent two nights and three days in the hospital receiving IV antibiotics. As a parent, this was terrifying. What concerns me most is that he had already returned to his original dentist twice because of persistent and worsening pain, yet the underlying infection was not identified. I am not a dentist, so I cannot say exactly what should or should not have been done. But I can say that after this experience, our family no longer feels comfortable receiving care here. We have canceled our upcoming appointments and will be taking our dental care elsewhere. I am sharing this because I would want to know if my child were in this situation at a dental practice I was considering.
