West Thunderbird Road, serving Peoria, Sun City and the north-west Valley. Pain Management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Acupuncture are all based at this clinic and write into one record, which keeps a multi-part plan from splitting into separate courses of treatment. Procedures are carried out for our patients at the Glendale and Mesa clinics. Usual reasons for a visit: back and neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, joint pain, nerve pain, car accident injuries and work injuries. You do not need a referral. Spinal decompression is available. In network with most Medicare Advantage plans; call to confirm yours. We bill med-pay and work on a lien. Most appointments are within the same week.
