They charged me a co-pay (wasn't correct). THIS is my 1st time here; I love the Professional Optometrist; got a Retinal Optic screening (recommend it). I'm 67 years old; we all need to take care of our eyes. We only have two of them. The location was very pretty, nice people who are professionals and trustworthy. No one paid me to say this. My Manager at work told me she used Lens Crafters. It's my new Optical Store NOW.

The super star of our visits was Diana. She greeted us immediately. Was friendly, professional, funny, and made us both feel at ease right away. She explained everything, helped us pick frames and lens that worked best for us, and made sure we used the discounts that saved us the most. Even suggested we put reminders in our phones to get our glasses checked while under warranty. She's just the best and I wish all my retail interactions were this positive.
