Unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing. The optometrist made several passive-aggressive and rude comments throughout my appointment, which I found to be very unprofessional and uncomfortable. I was respectful and kind throughout the interaction, so the tone I received in return was especially disappointing. I also had an unpleasant interaction with the woman at the front desk. I made an effort to be friendly and respectful, but unfortunately, I was met with an unkind attitude. I understand that everyone has a bad day, but I believe patients should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, especially in a healthcare setting. Based on my experience, I would personally choose to go elsewhere and would have a hard time recommending this office to anybody.

From the minute I walked in, the service was excellent. Dr Wong is a true professional. The exam was very thorough. The staff made selecting eyeglasses very simple and easy. They also have a good selection of contact lenses.
