  I had a really positive experience here! I came wanting to switch to contacts which is always a process, but the appointment went by smoothly and quickly. The entire staff was very kind, patient, and helpful. Thank you!

  Between this new practice at LensCrafters and LenseCrafters itself I came and went 3 times after breaking my glasses. They said they left voicemails even though I don't have voicemail set up. The office says it's LensCrafters issues and LensCrafters says it's there issue regarding the old practice, and just copies of prescription. My review is likely more my own fault than I feel like, but its 2026 and the glasses gatekeeping needs to be done away with.
