The worst pharmacy ever, they are not helpful, they promised me to call the insurance and call them back and they never did. They failed to run my mom's insurance and husband insurance multiple times. They have the worst costumer service also. Specially the Japanese dude!
You have you step up your game, and start helping pateints instead of giving us the run around. My mom was just at the ICU for 5 days.

What is the major malfunction at this pharmacy? I'm notified my prescriptions are ready but arrive just to be told only one is ready or, and this happened multiple times it will be another 20 to 30 minutes. Anytime you inquire about the problems I'm told the person at the counter is temporary and has no idea what is going on. Terrible customer service. Today I was supposed to pick up 2 prescriptions just to arrive and be told they only have one and the other will need another 15 minutes to be filled. After waiting in the store 10 minutes I'm then told they actually don't have my prescription. It's ridiculous. You can never get a hold of Dustin Dedecker who is supposed to be the pharmacy lead. Do better Kroger!

I transferred to this Fry's Pharmacy from the one in East Gilbert with the assumption that, being a newer store, it would have the same wonderful customer service. Boy, was I wrong. I have been going here picking up prescriptions for the past few months, and it's time to go elsewhere. I was going to look past the fact that Kroger doesn't handle prescription transfers well (state-to-state or even locally). But several delays over these past few months, plus the attitudes from multiple employees like they can't be bothered, and their claims to be super busy when there are no customers around, have left me an unhappy customer. The final straw: Today, the tech claimed it takes a minimum of 2 hours to "enter" a digitally-received prescription from a doctor's office (they already have all of my personal and insurance information on file from past visits), so I had "to check back later". Three hours later, with no notification received (I received the one stating they had received the order), I look up my prescription on the Fry's app and it still isn't done. When I called them, they heard my name alone (before I even could tell them my birthdate) and flippantly state, "Oh, it'll be just another 10 minutes". Once I received the text notification (without much more delay this time, as expected), we went through their drive thru (the first time I've tried this, since I was tired from my illness), and no one came by. As we were pulling away to go inside, we see someone walking towards the portal with a negative expression (hands up), so we back up. That same tech frustratedly how they were very busy (no apology, no smile, again normal), and then he asked for my info to retrieve my prescription. Look, I know since we didn't go into the store that I can't confirm how busy they actually were, but this is the same repeated excuse; I've been to other pharmacies with 4-5 times the customers physically standing in line that only take 45 minutes tops filling a prescription , and that includes insurance verification. Really, I'm pretty tired of their unprofessional attitude, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Transferred my prescription from CVS to here and used them first time, get home and I have some other persons percription, no lie, it's not even the medicine I was percribed.
I will have to take off work to go back up there and get the medicine I need to survive.

The worst. Two similar, negative experiences within a week. I was told that my refills will be available within 1 hour. 3 hours later, I went back and was told it's not ready yet and to come back later (they didn't provide when!). It took 4 days later for them to refill a simple prescription. Didn't like their attitude and customer service at all.
