  Absolutely terrible experience. I recently transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Fry’s, and I honestly regret it. I thought I was making a change for the better. Instead, I’ve found myself dealing with a pharmacy where customer service seems to be the last priority. Every time I deal with this pharmacy, there’s another excuse: “We’re understaffed.” “We’re overworked.” “We’re so backed up.” At this point, I don’t even want to hear it anymore. I understand employees may be dealing with staffing issues. But I am not responsible for Fry’s staffing problems, and I shouldn’t have to pay the price for them. What’s especially ridiculous is walking into a pharmacy with hardly a customer in sight, shelves that look half-empty, and employees still acting like the entire world is collapsing because someone had the audacity to ask about a prescription. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for the bare minimum. Fill my prescriptions correctly. Fill them in a reasonable amount of time. Treat me like a customer instead of an interruption. And let’s be very clear: my medication matters. I shouldn’t have to stand there feeling like I’m inconveniencing someone simply because I need a prescription filled. If you’re overworked, underpaid, or understaffed, take that up with management. Don’t make the customer your punching bag for a problem we didn’t create. I transferred from CVS thinking Fry’s would be different. Unfortunately, the biggest difference I’ve noticed is that now I’m getting the same frustration with a different logo. At some point, “we’re understaffed” stops being an explanation and starts sounding like an excuse. Do better, Fry’s. Your customers deserve better than excuses, attitude, and endless waiting.

  The worst pharmacy ever, they are not helpful, they promised me to call the insurance and call them back and they never did. They failed to run my mom's insurance and husband insurance multiple times. They have the worst costumer service also. Specially the Japanese dude! You have you step up your game, and start helping pateints instead of giving us the run around. My mom was just at the ICU for 5 days.

  What is the major malfunction at this pharmacy? I'm notified my prescriptions are ready but arrive just to be told only one is ready or, and this happened multiple times it will be another 20 to 30 minutes. Anytime you inquire about the problems I'm told the person at the counter is temporary and has no idea what is going on. Terrible customer service. Today I was supposed to pick up 2 prescriptions just to arrive and be told they only have one and the other will need another 15 minutes to be filled. After waiting in the store 10 minutes I'm then told they actually don't have my prescription. It's ridiculous. You can never get a hold of Dustin Dedecker who is supposed to be the pharmacy lead. Do better Kroger!

  We had to switch from Walgreens to Frys this year due to insurance changes. We have been so impressed with this location. Their drive through staff are friendly and helpful. Once when getting a new medication they noticed the high cost and input a discount code to reduce the price. We got our flu and Covid shots here too. The staff were busy but I observed they greeted everyone and worked extremely quickly to help all.
