- ASAndy SheriffApr 15, 20261.0My 1 year old has been dealing with constant ear infections, and on her third round of antibiotics in a few months. NOT ONCE, did the pharmacist here explain that her antibiotics need to be refrigerated. We are very upset because our doctor explained that could be the reason they are reoccurring. I went again today and for the fourth time, still nothing. The man at the desk had to go back to ask the pharmacist. They fold the label so the fine print “refrigerate” that is barely legible can’t be seen. They are not doing their part in educating patients, and it’s dangerous.

- CCCarrieNov 17, 20191.0I am so upset at frys pharmacy went there today to get my perscibtion and the guy behind the counter was so rude. I told him i had a coupon for my meds because I lost my insurance and also had another one for my inhaler I explained that i had been out of my medicine for a few days. Explained my side effects from not taking it and no response and he said well it's 40$ I said i cant afford that. he simply said well do you need it ?he had no interest in my side effects or my issues. I should've stayed at the other frys I transferred my meds here because I moved from buckeye im going to transferred them somewhere else now!
