  I’ve been going to Target Optical for the past 3 years, and every visit has been a great experience. Appointments are always efficient, and I’ve never had to wait over an hour to be seen, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and helpful. They take the time to clearly explain the costs of glasses and contacts without making you feel rushed or pressured. Everyone is professional and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about providing good customer service. Dr. Castro is especially thorough and attentive. During my recent visit, he carefully listened to my concerns about one of my eyes and even reviewed my history to make sure everything was properly addressed. I always leave feeling confident that my eye health is in good hands. Highly recommend Dr. Castro and the entire team!

  Dr. Nicosia was incredible. She was kind, patient and answered all my questions she made me felt heard and comfortable during the appointment. As always Jean and Rebecca were amazing as always. Every year I look forward to my appointment. Can’t wait til I get my new glasses soon.

  All the staff was impressive, accommodating and friendly. We took my 98 year old father-in-law in for Nuance glasses to help him hear better. He’s in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating positioning him for all the eye testing. My husband and I ended up buying sun glasses while we were there as well. I would highly recommend them as they were very tentative and did not treat you like a number.

  Everyone I spoke with was very helpful, kind, and answered all my questions! We had an appointment at 3 PM and were actually seen at 3 PM instead of having to wait which happens to us very often at other doctors appointments or any appointment of that kind. I came here for my 7 year old son to get an eye exam and new frames and they were extremely patient with him and made him and I feel comfortable because he was scared going to a new place and we didnt know what to expect. I will be 100% be returning, not only for my son, but for me as well!
