My 10 year old son had a great lesson for his first time wearing contacts and all of our questions were answered. Our appointments were always on time and very efficient. We will continue working with Dr. Castro and this location (which isn't the closest, but worth the extra drive).

Appointments are always efficient, and I’ve never had to wait over an hour to be seen, which I really appreciate. The staff is consistently kind, patient, and helpful. They take the time to clearly explain the costs of glasses and contacts without making you feel rushed or pressured. Everyone is professional and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about providing good customer service. Dr. Castro is especially thorough and attentive. During my recent visit, he carefully listened to my concerns about one of my eyes and even reviewed my history to make sure everything was properly addressed. I always leave feeling confident that my eye health is in good hands. Highly recommend Dr. Castro and the entire team!
