I have joined and canceled my membership 3 times during the last 7 years. I always cancel because the app to book classes NEVER WORKS!!! I rejoined 2 weeks ago. I was hoping to complete the pilates instructor class which is why I rejoined. When I joined for the 3rd time 2 weeks ago the individual behind the desk and I were able to reset the app. Today I tried to book a class. The app says my home club is in Irvine, California. I have never lived in California. And the app says I cannot book a class at the Oro Valley, AZ location because I am not a member there. So that is it! 3 strikes your out! This organization is nothing but an exercise in frustration and they do not care enough about their paying customers to fix their IT problems. There are 4 other pilates studios in the same zip code. I have been going to In Balance Pilates for the last 3 years and I will return to their studios. If you want your pilates experience to be an easy to use compliment to your health and wellness routine. DO NOT go to Club Pilates!

After skipping Pilates since Covid it felt wonderful to get back to it. Although time has left its mark on the body. Time to get back to feeling so much better. My Instructor had perfect cues to get me back into the rhythm. Anxious for another class.

Such an amazing workout! The vibe was super positive, and the instructor was fantastic—friendly, full of energy, and incredibly attentive to the whole class!
