- LJLindsey Johnson5 days ago5.0I have been at BFT for over two years now. My honest review is that it is the most incredible place to work out, build friendships, and feel encouraged. Every single coach is positive, motivating, personal, and helpful! They help you get the most out of your workout by correcting your form when needed and encouraging you to keep going to push past your limit! Their music is fantastic for the workout as well. I got to work out at BFT while I was pregnant, and they were very accommodating to me when I needed it, which even carried over to postpartum as well. They even hosted a gender reveal party for me. They truly care about you, and it shows. I plan to be a lifetime member of BFT because there is truly no other gym like it.

They take the time to guide you through each exercise, especially with lifting, and make sure your form is correct. I’ve learned so much and feel more confident every session. I truly appreciate their patience and encouragement. It makes a big difference and keeps me motivated to keep going. Highly recommend!

The website videos are great…motivational, though somewhat intimidating! From my first class, I was put to ease by the staff/coaches, who have all been supportive and encouraging. Most have been proactive, coming to offer modifications or check to see how I’m doing. The community of participants is amazing! Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and kind! Looking forward to continuing to strengthen, grow, and enjoy!
