- SSStacey SmithSep 20, 20265.0The team at Target Optical at Mesa Red Mountain are knowledge, patient and kind. Dr. Shelly Clayton is diligent during the eye exam and honors the time of her appointments and listens to her patients. Richard the store manager understands insurance benefits and which would be the most cost effective route to take. I enjoyed my experience with this team.

- SSS SSep 1, 20265.0⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Customer Service! Richard Ortecho is truly the definition of exceptional customer service. He was incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate with my mom, and he took the time to answer every single question we had. What impressed me even more was that Richard didn’t just answer our questions—he proactively provided information we wouldn’t have even thought to ask about. That level of attentiveness and genuine care is incredibly rare. Richard made us feel heard, valued, and completely taken care of. His patience, professionalism, knowledge, and kindness are exactly what every person working in customer service should strive to achieve. I honestly wish there were more Richards in the world! He is absolutely amazing, and I sincerely pray that he is richly blessed for the kindness and care he shows to others. Thank you, Richard, for going above and beyond. You are truly a shining example of what outstanding customer service looks like! ❤️
