- TATony Argento5 days ago1.0Didn’t make it clear as to the cost of contact lens exam prior to the exam. I told Dr that I was looking into contacts versus glasses and was curious as to the cost difference and what my insurance would cover. Dr did contact lens exam and receptionist tells me I need to pay $140 on the spot. Would have been nice to know the cost prior to exam so I could make the choice.

After what had already been a busy week, the professionals here truly went above and beyond. From the reception staff who guided me through the initial eye tests, to the doctor’s thorough and attentive eye exam, to the team helping me try on and select glasses—the entire experience was seamless. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional, with just the right touch of wit to make the visit lighthearted and enjoyable. Thank you for making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience actually pleasant. I really appreciate the care and attention from the whole team!
