- MUMarc UJul 1, 20261.0Horrible. I went here for 2 years. After one year I thought I needed bifocals because I couldn't read up close with the glasses. After getting a new prescription with bifocals, it actually got worse. The prescription with so bad I had to go back to my glasses from 2 years ago just to be able to see correctly because it was so messed up. Turns out I didn't need bifocals, the prescription was just messed up. Also, I wasn't very happy with the customer service and they are very expensive. I'm never going back to Pearle Vision.

My eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. Getting fitted for contacts was much easier than I expected, and they took the time to show me how to put them in and take them out. I never felt rushed, and everyone was very patient and professional. I left with a better understanding of my vision and felt confident wearing my new contacts. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye exam, glasses, or contacts!

I love this style glasses, but they are frameless and even though they’re resilient, they can get quite bent out of shape! This is the second time I’ve come in to this store in the last three months to get them put back straight. Both times Marianna, the General Manager, saw what was needed and without hesitation gently crafted them back like new - while I waited - at no charge. She is why I will keep coming to Pearle Vision. Exceptional customer service, a full product offering, great prices and comprehensive care for my vision!
- M_MKB __Jun 11, 20261.0I went in on a Saturday. The doctor that saw me was pushing contacts as soon as she walked in, I felt it was a bit strange. I did a routine eye exam and explained what I’ve heard about my eye condition my whole life (almost 30 years of going to the optometrist). The doctor explained all the other doctors I’ve seen throughout my life have actually been wrong. Then, once I confirmed 100% I wasn’t going to get contacts and that I was just trying to figure out my current prescription needed she let me know she would just be writing down whatever the previous doctor set my eye glass prescription to. Now I need to go out of pocket at the costco eye center because they billed my insurance for my yearly exam and I got absolutely nothing from it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
