Great products. Majorly rude employee Christian. Walked in today and grabbed 2 things. Went to the counter where the employee just stared at me for an uncomfortable amount of time. I said hello? He replied with...I just think you're really rude. What?? I said why? He said he tried to say hello to me twice and I ignored him. I apologized and said I didn't hear him. I didn't even see anyone when I walked in and was there for maybe 20 seconds. He replied with a "whatever" and made the checkout experience incredibly uncomfortable. Someone was rude and it wasn't me. Unfortunate experience.

Declined to hear about upgrades and subscriptions. Was told by the employee that I was rude and that I should go elsewhere as I was not wanted there.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to buy some drinks. Cashier got mad after I politely declined the membership. “We’re a membership only store so I suggest the gas station if you want energy drinks.” Shockingly rude. You’re a retail store, where’s the membership only signs? I have to give you all my personal info just to buy stuff? Not a great way to treat potential customers.

Went in there to get something that they said was available in store online. They did not have it. Guy set up a subscription for the item I was looking for but he set it up for a month away. He also set it for every 60 days even though the item I was getting was a 30 days supply. He also said that setting it up for store pickup will make it so I don’t have to pay shipping. He was very helpful but that’s all wrong. I signed up for the site to figure this all out as I didn’t have an account before. Not only that but there were no small single serving packages of protein powders in store. Protein bars were overpriced. Basically not happy at all. I waited for the subscription and then waited some more after changing it to a sooner date. And now they inform me on the date to pick it up that the item can not be picked up at that store and they removed the option. Not only that but I will need to pay shipping if I want it. I’m definitely not going back to GNC. The only benefit they have is you can buy their garbage whey protein kinda reasonably priced but not because it’s trash. So yeah. Not happy.
