  Our pharmacist Rebecca, definitely gets a "five star review". She is the only reason we use this location. She's well educated, kind, quick and on top of her game. If she's not sure about something, she'll find the answer. The reason for my review is, "watch your account". The other staff has minimal knowledge when it comes to even simple task or answers like charging my products to an unknown account, which is odd and frustrating. And then saying, "well, it went through". (But couldn't answer concerns or questions and said we don't have any control over that and walked away... can't wait to see what happens next). I then ventured to the Thornydale / Tangerine Frys to find an answer but was met with a similar issue. I asked how to contact a Frys Pharmacy District Manager to discuss the charge issue. A male clerk indicatd it was "Jessica". About that time, a female pharmacist walked up and quickly shut down the conversation and said you'll have to take that up elsewhere, maybe a store manager, was rude and walked away. It would be great to see additional training for the pharmacy staff, including "wearing their name badge in general" or "a badge that's visible" so you can read it. And a resource person to handle problems like this.

  I was so excited that there is a pharmacy closer to me, but, this is the worst place to get your prescriptions! Every time a new RX is ordered, there is some sort of issue on Fry’s side! They either send a text that it is ready and when you go to pick up it is not ready or they can’t find it. More recently, this has happened twice now; Dr called in the order, we received a text they were working on it, went to check on it and found out fry’s decided to just cancel it altogether, why because it was not covered by insurance. IT IS ONLY A $10 PRESCRIPTION! WTH?!?! Who does that? Not even a follow up call to ask if we wanted it canceled or filled???? Thinking about sending ALL our prescriptions back to Walgreens, yes, they are farther, but have never, ever, had issues as we do at Fry’s! Ridiculous!

  Both times my prescriptions have been called in from my urgent care they hay have been filled immediately.
