Was under the impression that vsp was in network since it was an option to click on the appointment site, even called prior to appointment to give vsp information and was not told once it was out of network. Basically got blindsided to spend more than what I expected on the exam alone. When I spoke to the manager about this afterwards, she was very apologetic but also told me that I had to ask specific questions in order for them to tell me I was out of network, which is ridiculous. I’m young, how do you expect me to know exactly what questions to ask? Mind you, I also asked the gentlemen, right after the appointment, helping us why we aren’t getting more from vsp, cause I was sure we were, and he said it’s just a percentage plan. Again, not once telling me they’re out of network. I would think you should make it a point to let your patients know they’re gonna be spending more money than they think rather than tricking them into it.

21 Jan 26 picked up new glasses, wrong Rx in l lens 15 Feb 26 picked up new l lens, still not correct 7 Apr 26 returned glasses for refund, asst mgr Erica said home office would mail refund check 6-8 weeks, 3 months later still no refund check 8 Jul 26 filed complaint with better business bureau Terrible company to do business with Still no refund check as of 15 July 26 looks like I'm going to have to file small claims court action to get my refund, unbelievable don't know how this company stays in business maybe also file complaint to Arizona attorney generals office

Sales staff was awesome! Manager however was horrible! Came in had to listen to her complain for 20 mins to a target employee about how little space their office had then had to listen to her chew out one of her own employees for another 10mins over how to offer more appointment times. Poor girl was crying & wiping her tears. All of this in the lobby with customers present and staring. Very unprofessional all the way around.

Had eye exam yesterday for new prescription, paid $120 for me to get an eye infection! Called them today cause I got sent home from work, asking if they can prescribe me drops of some kind due to getting eye infection there. They want to charge me for dr to look at me and then go from there! Ridiculous!
