- TBTiffanie BurrellMay 5, 20265.0My husband and I went in to see if Target Optical had any eye glasses repair kits. Erica told us they didn’t have any but she would fix the glasses for us. We didnt have them with us so she gave us suggestions on where else to maybe find the repair kit and also offered that if we come back she would be happy to fix the glasses. Erica didn’t not have to help us today but she did and we really appreciate it.

The assistants who measure your eyes, take pictures, etc., were very attentive and friendly. A busy young man, Mobin, an Opticians assistant, helped us get seated, and helped me navigate around chairs with my walker. He was so professional ! Hal Frankel O. D., was friendly but also very professional, as he explained what he saw on the photos of my eyes. Fascinating! After Dr. Frankel, I was able to peruse their many eyeglasses. Though the store was even busier now, Alexis, assistant Optician, made herself available to help with a selection. She was thorough, very helpful, with a sense of humor, the best. Calmness, and kindness permeates this office. I highly recommend this store.

Highly recommend her as she was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and did not make us feel like she was under pressure to move on or get to the next customer. Basically no wait time and Target carries my favorite frames, Oakley! Outstanding Job Target and Erica! Thank you 😊
