Sales staff was awesome! Manager however was horrible! Came in had to listen to her complain for 20 mins to a target employee about how little space their office had then had to listen to her chew out one of her own employees for another 10mins over how to offer more appointment times. Poor girl was crying & wiping her tears. All of this in the lobby with customers present and staring. Very unprofessional all the way around.

Had eye exam yesterday for new prescription, paid $120 for me to get an eye infection! Called them today cause I got sent home from work, asking if they can prescribe me drops of some kind due to getting eye infection there. They want to charge me for dr to look at me and then go from there! Ridiculous!

I visited June 13 seeking a repair for my glasses and I was greeted by Makayla. She looked over my frames and identified the nose pad was missing. Makayla informed me that she could fix them and proceeded to install new pads. In less than 10 mins, she had the new ones on and adjusted my frames to fit my face correctly. Afterwards, she cleaned my glasses and made sure that I was squared away. Your assistance and service was greatly appreciated and you provided exceptional customer service. I have been coming to this target for yearssss and i usually have the friendliest staff helping me and when i went in to buy my contacts there was a man named MOBIN who was really rude, questioned me multiple times if I was really a customer and when he found my account he laughed at me because I needed to renew my exam before buying my contacts....which of course I understand, but he didnt even try to help me schedule an appointment or anything. Just laughed at me. I walked out super upset then called the office to let them know I was upset AND STILL didnt try to offer to book an exam for me just an apology.
