I was especially nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Ranses, the phlebotomist, made the experience less scary. He was very friendly, professional, and reassuring. When he inserted the needle, I barely felt it at all. He handled everything with great care and made what I thought would be a stressful experience completely comfortable! Thank you, Ranses, and the entire staff for your excellent care and professionalism! :-)
