- AMAylin MOct 16, 20261.0This was my first time ever trying Pilates at this studio and unfortunately my experience has been far from pleasant. The environment hasn’t felt welcoming at all especially for someone new to Pilates. During my second class, the instructor came across as passive-aggressive, sarcastic, and rather dismissive. Mind you, this was supposed to be a beginner friendly class. I will not be returning here and I don’t recommend them if you’re brand new to Pilates.

I have never been this dedicated in my life and do 5 classes a week. I am plus size and find this useful to weight loss, strength and toning my body. I have a better shape and more confidence and love in my body than ever before. Terri, TJ, Karen and Sydney H are my absolute favorites. I do not feel judged at this studio. Everyone always seems so welcoming and supportive. Highly recommend!
