Today I spent some time at the Good Feet store in Glendale AZ. I was a well-satisfied returning customer and was treated very well by Joe, who helped me get what I needed. 8 years ago, I went to this same store for relief from foot pain and swelling and was not disappointed. The arch supports I bought in 2018 have been in daily use since then, in every type of shoe, and have completely solved my foot pain problem. Now, however, in 2026, I needed to replace one which was showing signs of wear and tear (after 8 years) and replace another that the dog chewed. I was able to buy an extra pair of arch supports of the variety that I usually wear, and one pair to replace the one the dog chewed. The pair showing wear was replaced free of charge. I was not intending to buy shoes, as I have a foot condition that usually prevents me from buying any off-the-shelf shoes, but the shoes they had me try so obviously had the support I needed that I bought shoes too. I'm very happy with the outcome of today's visit.
Yes, it's expensive. But I've had 8 years of pain-free feet and expect to have 8 more. It's well worth it to me. And inexpensive arch supports that have to be replaced every few months will end up costing as much as Good Feet over 8 or 10 years and may not even work.
Yes, it's a very strong sales pitch. But you can always say no, Just as in any sales situation, you don't have to buy everything they'd like you to buy.
Yes, they have the supports in the back room and they're not 'custom' made for your feet. But they are chosen to fit your physical characteristics and they work. Isn't that what you want?

I met with Antwon, at the Glendale store. After evaluating my feet he was able to get me an arch support that lowered the pain in my foot from a 4 out of 10 to a 1 out of 10 instantaneously. The package that they sell is expensive. But I am more than willing to pay the price to have immediate relief from pain. Antwon was patient, he explained everything well, and I feel like despite the price I got a good value for my money. Money. I would be happy to refer a friend or family member to the Good feet store.

Tara was absolutely brilliant and so patient with my mom who is hard of hearing. Tara took the time to explain every detail we did not know or understand. My mom felt a huge difference and walks with much more confidence and no cane. Come see Tara!

Tera was a great help with my teenage son. Very patient, very knowledgeable about the product and took time to show my son how to actually snug up his new shoes. What a great experience!

Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
