- RDR-Mak's DadJun 29, 20261.0WARNING: Predatory billing and absolute zero empathy. I recently experienced a sudden, unexpected job loss. When I reached out to handle my account during this tough life transition, the franchise owner responded with an incredibly condescending, passive-aggressive corporate shakedown. To highlight the arrogant attitude of management here, the owner actually sent me an email stating: “If you have a car payment, even if you do not use the car for one month, you are still responsible for the payment. Same goes with any ongoing agreement you have signed and agreed to.” Imagine a boutique fitness studio comparing a workout class to a car loan just to nickel-and-dime someone who just lost their employment. She also openly admitted to me in writing that they rely on automated software to push people into collections rather than resolving billing issues like actual human beings. I always try to support local Valley businesses, but I cannot support a place that kicks people when they are down. If you want a studio that actually values its members and acts with basic ethics, look elsewhere. Do not sign a contract here.

She helped me before class since it was my first time, and during class came over to make minor corrections to help me out. The facility is beautiful, great sound system, beautiful selection of clothes, and so convenient for me! Literally 3 minutes from my house. Can't wait to see results!
