Maricopa County STI Clinic – Glendale offers appointments and walk-in services. Hours: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m.; Wed 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m. Arrive before 11 a.m. or 3 p.m. to help ensure same-day care. Call (602) 506-7218 to make an appointment. Fee: $20 per visit. This visit is for clients with STI symptoms or those referred by a healthcare provider or public health staff. A medical provider will perform an STI evaluation with testing for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis C (as available). Treatment for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis may be provided. Clinics do not offer services for genital warts, herpes or HPV testing, Pap smears, birth control, general medical care, or non-STI concerns.
