  I was disappointed with how this location handled my membership when I was dealing with an injury. I had already missed several classes due to ongoing pain and reached out to place my membership on hold while I recovered. I was surprised to learn that I would be charged a $35 fee to freeze my account, even though the reason was a legitimate injury. When I explained my situation and expressed concern about losing credits I couldn’t physically use, there was little willingness to work with me or offer an alternative solution. I was then told that canceling my membership was an option, but I would still be charged despite having accumulated credits from the previous months that I was unable to use because of my injury. As a customer, that felt unfair and extremely frustrating. Experiences like this are one of the challenges with franchise locations. Policies and customer service can vary significantly from studio to studio, and unfortunately this location’s approach reflects poorly on the Club Pilates brand as a whole. I have several friends who attend other Club Pilates locations throughout the Valley and have had much more accommodating experiences when dealing with injuries or membership issues. I enjoyed the workouts when I was able to attend, but the lack of flexibility and empathy during an injury has left a negative impression.

  Kirsten was amazing at the front desk! But Olivia, which,…… Is one of the managers just lost our business that means… My husband and my! Everyone else was so gracious and courteous, but then she got on the call, but I was actually calling to set up classes, ruined it all by opening her mouth! Anyway, I read the reviews and so far they’re not very great ones! Buyer beware because honestly, if you sign/Have acontract, they will lock you in that contract forever! I think it might be better to just pay per Class or you’ll be paying for a while even if you try to pause or cancel! I am so happy Olivia and I were over the phone! Because, the way she spoke to me, Would have never been permitted had she been in the presence of me

  Love the studio, the instructors, the friendships that develop! The owners and staff are friendly and accommodating...just a fun place to go "workout"!
