  I was disappointed with how this location handled my membership when I was dealing with an injury. I had already missed several classes due to ongoing pain and reached out to place my membership on hold while I recovered. I was surprised to learn that I would be charged a $35 fee to freeze my account, even though the reason was a legitimate injury. When I explained my situation and expressed concern about losing credits I couldn’t physically use, there was little willingness to work with me or offer an alternative solution. I was then told that canceling my membership was an option, but I would still be charged despite having accumulated credits from the previous months that I was unable to use because of my injury. As a customer, that felt unfair and extremely frustrating. Experiences like this are one of the challenges with franchise locations. Policies and customer service can vary significantly from studio to studio, and unfortunately this location’s approach reflects poorly on the Club Pilates brand as a whole. I have several friends who attend other Club Pilates locations throughout the Valley and have had much more accommodating experiences when dealing with injuries or membership issues. I enjoyed the workouts when I was able to attend, but the lack of flexibility and empathy during an injury has left a negative impression.

  This is such an amazing experience! It has helped me immensely! I not only build strength but confidence! All of the instructors are fantastic and each of the classes are incredible!

  Great Instructors, class selection, and staff! Absolutely love pilates! It has been great to enhance flexibility and core strength!
