It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. I went to the Good Feet Store with pain in my feet and my foot doctor told me I had plantar fasciitis. Some days I could barely walk due to the pain. I went to Good Feet due to commercials I had seen on TV. They went through some testing having me walk in shoes and barefoot. I noticed a difference in pain with just the little time I walked in shoes with inserts! I had noticeable relief with the new sneakers and inserts. It was a little expensive but worth the money for the relief I got. The staff were all very friendly and helpful regarding checking my feet, finding me shoes that I liked. I bought new sneakers and slippers that fit well and felt great with the shoe inserts I also bought. I'm still following the instructions they gave me for wearing my shoes & inserts. My feet are already feeling much better and I recommend the Good Feet Store if you're having problems with your feet!

Don't waste your time or money at a Good Feet Store! I was taken in by the commercials I saw, as I was suffering with aching heal pain. I'm embarrassed to say how much money I spent at The Good Feet Store on my first visit there. I had no relief after the first few weeks of using their arch supports and new pair of shoes, so I went back in and was sent home with different arch supports and a new, half-size larger pair of shoes. Still no help so I went back a third time and came out with yet a different set of arch supports. The first time I went there they were very nice, the second time sort of nice, and the third time I felt very unwelcomed. So I finally made an appointment with a Podiatrist. Had x-rays taken, a cortisone shot in my foot, taught two exercises for strengthening my feet, and within days I was on my way back to feeling good again, thank goodness! The cost was just my $40 co-pay. The Good Feet cost was about $1,500.

I had come into the Good seat store about two weeks ago and Jessica did a wonderful job in helping me to be fitted for the proper shoe for my ankle problems and my back issues. The evaluation was thorough and extremely well explained, and I left with shoes and a System that supposedly promised me relief...... That relief came in just two weeks!! I was amazed, and I went back in just the other day to check on something about one of the pairs of shoes that I had purchased and Jessica again helped me out with my issue and I had another five star visit. She is so professional and so courteous, and so full of warmth and a desire for you to walk pain-free That I can truly say, it was one of the best experiences of my life in purchasing a retail item.
