I absolutely love Pure Barre for their welcoming atmosphere and acceptance of all body types and ability levels. Since I have joined Pure Barre, I have reshaped, toned and strengthened my whole body. My only regret is not starting this sooner!

I usually never write reviews but for my first experience at this specific studio, oh I WILL. I’m home for the summer from college and looking to try out different workout classes. I normally do solidcore and barre3 and will stick with those after my experience here. I took a 10:30 classic with Corissa S and it was the worse workout class I’ve ever taken. It was my first time at this studio and right away, vibes were weird when I walked in. The older lady at the front desk didn’t even ask for my name to check in, I literally had to ask her if I need to check in and where to put my stuff. She stared at me blankly before showing me around and whatnot. The instructor, Corissa, was genuinely one of the WORST instructors I’ve ever had for a workout class. I’m new to this studio so you’d think the atmosphere would be warm and inviting right? Nope, complete opposite! Every five minutes she would walk over and correct me with annoyance in her voice. I was constantly on edge because she would keep coming over to tell me what I was doing wrong, with the microphone still on. It was so weird cause she didn’t really correct others even though their form wasn’t right but when she did, she’d give a little encouraging comment to them. I thought about standing up and walking out twice because the workout itself was not challenging enough and the vibe of that instructor was so bad. Is this how they treat all new customers? At the end of class, she didn’t ask me about class or talk to me. Needless to say, I won’t be back for sure. Thank god I only paid for one class and not the pack from this location🙏 I will be sticking with the Chandler location as their staff is incredibly kind and caring, they even call you the next day to check in! I will continue with solidcore and barre3 as they are more effective as a workout than whatever garbage purebarre at San Tan are throwing together.
