- LTL Thompson3 days ago5.0Amazing staff at this location. The Optometrist communicates well. She will answer your questions and she has an excellent personal approach. Although, she was pressed for time, she did not rush my exam or information on how to care for my left eye. I appreciate this team of people for demonstrating human kindness ❤️

We get there and they finally decide to tell me that frames are not covered by my insurance but the exam is. How does that make any sense? They also had plenty of time to inform me of this and didn't until I was in the store and asked myself. Does it make sense that I would be in there just to get an exam and not glasses when I specifically said differently? Also they don't post any prices on their frames. That's extremely sketchy. It's a sales tactic to point you towards more expensive frames also so they can change the frame prices as needed. Pass.
