- TKTammy KApr 23, 20261.0I had a really frustrating experience with Fry’s Pharmacy. I called five different times and each time I was put on hold, only for it to eventually go to voicemail. When I finally got through, I asked if they could try running my prescription through GoodRx since it was showing a $90 copay. The pharmacist refused to even try, which was disappointing and unhelpful. Customer service and communication definitely need improvement.

He provided an eta of when it’d be filled. Lucas was efficient in retrieving my meds and all went smoothly. Happy with my decision.
