Friendly, happy to help, over the top cust. service starting w “front counter guy Juan”. These guys understand lots of places to buy hearing aids, so they’re really selling service. And do they ever. Staff is always happy to help with my “weird” issues. Thanks guys!

He truly cared and learned about me in my hearing loss and then spelled out my options. He thoroughly explained all the different models and their features. Juan was very helpful as well. Both are very pleasant

No. We do not charge customers for their initial visit. That includes a complimentary hearing exam and, when available, an in-home trial on the latest hearing aid technology.
