I started out in a Wheelchair and on full-time oxygen and now I am taking walks around the block! Cynthia, Lucille and Dee have been instrumental in my recovery. Also of note, Cindy Beaton has been great. She has been here every Wednesday to fill my pillbox, always in a good mood. She also knows my medical background and any updates at all times. . I am thankful for home instead and the care and service they have provided

All of our care professionals are required to go through the Home Instead training, regardless of their background or experience. We focus on safety, building relationships, Alzheimer's & Dementia, personal care and much more. We also have a local skills lab where care professionals can be trained on new techniques or brush up on existing skills with our team. Lastly, ongoing education is an important measure of quality. Our care professionals receive ongoing training through on-the-job training and classroom education related to specific diseases and topics impacting aging adults.
