  Barre3 has provided me an amazing well rounded fitness routine that includes cardio, strength, stretch, and mindfulness. I always feel more centered and strong after taking a class. Barre has given me the confidence to try new activities - like paddleboarding and snowboarding - with success! The entire staff and instructors create an awesome experience and inclusive community that makes working out feel fun. Take your first free class - you'll be happy you did!

  This is a wonderful place to work out, train and challenge yourself. The overall vibe is really uplifting ! Honestly all the instructors and staff are friendly and great at what they do. What a gem of a studio. Very happy to train here and feel the nice community that surrounds, and is this place. I just hit my 25th class and I hope to do 100 more. update... I can only echo again all the above as I am still in love with this studio a year later and going forward. xx

  Barre3 is a great way to break up your work out routine for anyone looking to stay in shape, crosstrain, stay healthy and mindful. I have never left a class feeling disappointed. The instructors are great, provide modification, and they are always so encouraging and kind! Thank you, Barre3 Flagstaff!
