  I love Barre. I was skeptical at first. I had taken the traditional weight classes and didn’t think Barre would work for me. I was so wrong. After taking several classes I feel like I am getting leaner and stronger. The instructors I have had have all been wonderful. The atomsphere is welcoming. Very glad gave Barre a chance.

  I was extremely disappointed by my experience at Barre3 Flagstaff. I booked a 5:45 p.m. class through ClassPass and arrived at 5:47 p.m. after finishing a hospital shift at 5:30. The hospital was short-staffed, and I had even turned down crunch pay to keep my commitment to attending this class. Despite making that effort, I was denied entry because I was two minutes late. Also to mention I would’ve been on time had the parking not been so terrible.. I understand the importance of starting classes on time, but I was not disruptive and was only slightly late. I explained my circumstances and asked whether there was any flexibility, but my request was repeatedly denied. I was also told that I could not simply be checked in, even though I would still be charged through ClassPass for a class I was not allowed to attend. As a nurse, a parent, and a longtime Flagstaff resident who has supported this studio for years, I found the lack of understanding and willingness to find a reasonable solution extremely disappointing. I was not asking for special treatment—just a little consideration given the circumstances. I respect the need for policies, but rigidly enforcing a blanket policy without any judgment or compassion left me feeling that customer support mattered less than the rule itself. I hope management reviews both this policy and how it is applied. Based on this experience, I will not be returning or continuing to support this business.

  Barre3 Flagstaff feels like home from the minute you walk in — the instructors, staff and people make you feel welcome every time. The classes are so much fun, you forget you’re working out until the next day when you feel it. I absolutely love Stacie’s classes but really all the instructors are fantastic.

  Awesome studio and I’m so glad to exercise here. Fantastic instructors. Great workouts. Even child care options for moms. - 1 star For seemingly not having a functioning air conditioner, or not wanting to invest in cool air. It gets too hot in the summer.
