I was told to come by in 1 hour. When I arrived to pick up my meds they said they couldn't help me cause they close for lunch in 5 minutes. I only needed one prescription and there was no line. I am from Ash Fork and now I have to wait in my truck another 30 after I've already been waiting an hour when they could have simply rung me up and still go to lunch on time. And of course when I go back 15 minutes before they're open now there's a line. Also the technician i talked to was the rudest pharmacy tech I've ever dealt with.

If I could give this pharmacy a ZERO that is what it would be. Unfortunately my insurance goes through this pharmacy and it is so difficult, only once did they not screw up my order. I have to ask my Doctors to resend my orders twice because somehow they never receive them. 3/4 of the time I pick up my medication, they do not have it and walk all over the place to try to find it. I have been given the wrong medication twice. So here once again my Doctor faxed over the order and they do not have it. I had to call my Doctor to resend the order. It is always a struggle to receive my medication. I have complained to Corporate and the woman in charge of Pharmacy went off on me. So, that was not a option. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I have ever encountered
