What once seemed like a caring facility now feels driven primarily by money. Leadership appears more focused on money than on providing quality care for clients. In my experience, management was ineffective, ignored legitimate concerns, and allowed morale to decline for their staff and us cluents. Professionalism suffered, and it often felt like favoritism mattered more than accountability. I also got the impression that there was significant pressure to maintain a positive online image. As a client, we were "encouraged" to leave positive reviews, and many glowing ones appeared to come from people with close ties to the organization rather than the experiences of us clients. That affected my confidence in the accuracy of the overall ratings. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization.
