- CMCalli McClureMar 28, 20251.0Stretch lab came to my gym to do a demo. They were upstairs, it overlooks the workout area. I was really looking forard to a demo after my workout, but the guy (who I've seen is called A.J. from reviews here) has a serious staring problem. Made me extremely uncomfortable staring at me without looking away while I was working out and stretching. Even when I looked at him he would not look away. I moved to the other side of the room to get out of his view, and left after my workout. I will not be going to stretchlab or participating in demos at my gym if he is there. Very creepy, beware.

My husband sees Taj and he’s very happy with him as well. We both love the camaraderie between them. I think everyone that could should go to get stretch, you’ll feel so much better! Highly recommend this place!

Tried to cancel after 3 months through their link, twice and just got billed for another month. Called and left message; no call back. Tried calling several times and answering machine keeps picking up…..Very bad service!!

Then they can’t even give refund on the spot after their mistake. Had similar experience with the Gilbert location. Clearly this company needs help with management. It’s expensive and service is obviously not good so avoid at all costs.
