  I started my health journey with medi-weight loss Chandler back in April 2026. If you’re having second thoughts, take the step and try them out! I’m so glad I did! The staff is very friendly and welcoming, on top of being knowledgeable about healthy weight loss. I’m losing weight week after week and I feel so much better mentally and physically!

  My first visit to Medi‑Weightloss Chandler was truly wonderful. The doctor and staff were so kind and took the time to really listen to my story. My free consult was incredibly informative — they walked me through my weight‑scan results in a way that finally made sense and created a plan that felt right for me. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing, clearly writing out the costs with and without insurance. I feel very hopeful and excited to start. This is exactly what I needed!

  I chose Medi-Weightloss because they advertised a medically supervised weight loss program. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. My weekly visits consisted of taking my vitals, stepping on the Tanita scale, receiving my tirzepatide injection, and leaving. Aside from receiving diet handouts during my first visit, there was very little medical guidance or discussion about how I was responding to treatment. My biggest concern was that my baseline blood work was never completed despite multiple attempts. The office was unable to draw my blood at my initial appointment, so I was sent to Sonora Quest. I made two separate trips to the lab, waited each time, and was turned away because there were problems with the orders sent by the office. I repeatedly called Medi-Weightloss, left voicemails, and never received a return call. I was eventually told they prefer patients text the office rather than call, which was frustrating after making multiple unnecessary trips. There are typically 3 girls in the small reception area and usually one or no clients waiting when I go into the office... how is it no-one can answer a phone? They are nice enough...but that's absolutely horrible customer service. By my fourth week on tirzepatide, I was experiencing fatigue and weakness but still had no baseline lab work. Whether those symptoms were related to the medication or something else, I had expected the medical oversight that was advertised. Instead, I felt like I was largely managing the process on my own. I was also repeatedly offered additional vitamin injections and other add-on services before my lab work had even been completed. It felt more like upselling than individualized medical care. When I decided to cancel because of the repeated communication problems and lack of confidence in the program, I was informed I would still be charged for another month due to a 30-day cancellation policy. I was never provided a copy of my membership agreement, so learning about this after deciding to leave was disappointing. My experience may not reflect everyone else's, but after multiple failed lab appointments, poor communication, and minimal medical follow-up, I could not justify continuing treatment. If you're considering this clinic, ask detailed questions about how they monitor patients, how lab work is handled, what level of physician oversight you'll actually receive, and be sure to request a copy of your membership agreement before signing. There are many cheaper options out there...be sure to do your homework.

  Everyone in the office is amazing! Reaching your goals is so much easier when you have a supportive team behind you, and that's exactly what you'll find at Medi in Chandler. Manager Ash is fantastic, and Heeay is always attentive, kind, and welcoming. I can't remember the name of the injection technician, but makes every visit a positive experience. Wendy is super nice. The entire team creates a comfortable and supportive environment, and I highly recommend them!
