    I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this place like the plague. Multiple visits and multiple prescriptions and my wife NEVER got a pair of glasses that worked for her. All in all it was a horribly frustrating experience and the excuses rather pathetic at best. Staff was nice is the only bright part. We went to Costco, which Heartland bad mouthed, shame on you for doing so, and got a prescription and glasses that worked right the first time, and for less than what we paid for a single pair, got designer frames - daily use pair AND computer glasses. Strongly suggest you skip Heartland and Lens Crafters (massively over priced) and go to Costco instead.
