    Horrible service. Came in Thurs 6/6 to pick up prescription. Pharmacy tech says it’s too soon to fill but would be ready the next day - Fri 6/6. Friday is day 27 since the last fill. She assured me they would automatically refill it Friday. I return Friday and tech who looks like he’d rather die than be working there tells me it can’t be filled until Sunday (day 29). Never waited more than 27 days so that seems odd. So I call. Reach another female tech who keeps talking over me and putting me on hold before I can ask a question. Then she says she’ll get me to the actual pharmacist. Pharmacist picks up and says “hello?” Not ..this is the pharmacist…or …how can I help you…her name…or anything. She barely speaks English. Thick accent. Keeps talking over me again. Of course I’m getting frustrated. Every time I start sounding the slightest bit frustrated she stops and says…I don’t appreciate the way you are talking to me. Continues to talk over me…making me more frustrated. I didn’t say anything rude or yell. Just asking factual questions about why it’s not ready and when it will be ready. Again she says she doesn’t appreciate the way I’m speaking to her….which I still don’t understand. They are in the wrong and I wasn’t being rude. Finally I said ok, but I sure hope it’s ready in the morning when she promised (my 3rd trip), and she just said “bye” and hung up on me. Horrible service. There is obviously no customer service training going on at this pharmacy. Since this is not the first time this has happened, I’m going to have to take my business elsewhere, and I recommend that you do too.

    The pharmacy staff are always quick and helpful. They are never rushed and take care of each customer. Today Grace was very helpful; as she saw a few customers waiting, she opened a register. She also suggested to do a auto refill. That saves me so much time and won’t forget. Thx!

    Absolutely the worst pharmacy this side of the Mississippi! They shortchanged me by three weeks of blood pressure pills and when I tried to refill the script I was told it was too early. Once I explained I didn’t have enough pills to last me because they shortchanged me I was told they would refill for Good RX price. Six days later when I go to pick up I find out they never refilled the script and say they can’t do it without a new script! Completely incompetent, untrustworthy people. I’m moving my scripts to CVS because they lie to you and they can’t count pills!! Zero stars if I could give this rating.

    They never check the voice mails for pending scripts. Constantly have to remind them to check them so we can get our meds. Super annoying and lazy
