I had a very disappointing experience at this optical center with an employee Raquel. Throughout the process, I was given misleading information about my lenses. I specifically paid extra for thinner lenses, but when I picked up my glasses, they were much thicker than I was led to expect. When I tried to ask about it, Raquel became visibly frustrated. She raised her voice, slapped her hands around, and made me feel unwelcome instead of addressing my concerns. I believe customers deserve clear information and basic respect. I hope management addresses both the communication issues and the level of customer service.

Marie B. Was a pleasure to deal with in a packed store on a Saturday. I arrived with many people being served. She introduced herself without interfering with the guest she was already helping. I had a warrantee issue that she helped me out with promptly. I had new frames several days later with a pleasant phone call. I work as a vendor in a retail capacity and realize the challenges people on the sales floor deal with. Marie obviously enjoys what’s she doing and multitasked with several people while none felt like they weren’t being serviced. Thank you for a great experience #TargetOptical

Raquel and the ladies at this location were amazing! They bonded with my son while he waited for me to finish my exam and once I was done they found every discount possible and saved me hundreds. I will definitely be going back.

Miphaella was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with all of my questions and did everything she could to help me, so excited to get my new pair of glasses and I will definitely be going back to see her! The optical department was very accommodating and sweet the moment I walked in and I couldn’t be happier with the all over customer service, appointment and visit! I recommend stopping by if you have any questions or need a new pair of glasses!
