- NGnancy giralMay 5, 20261.0Absolute B.S.! If you are using meds that you depend on daily then find another pharmacy. My medication was called in 1 week ago. I called today wondering why it hasn't been filled and they said it was on back order and had no idea when it would come in. But they didn't bother to let me know this nor did they mention that I should have it filled else where. I called Walmart in Douglas and they do have it in stock, but now I have to call my doctor in morning to cancel Safeway pharmacy and send it to Walmart. I also have to find someone who can pick it up for me because I'm too sick to drive because I've been without for over one week now. Over one week without the medication that I need to be able to function and stay alive. Safeway pharmacy in Bisbee should be sued for negligence. Maybe when I get my medication and am able to function again I just might take action against Bisbee Safeway pharmacy. They either need to step up to the plate and take responsibility or they need to be closed down. They would rather deceive a customer than tell them the truth so the customer can get their medication filled elsewhere. Heaven forbid that they lose a sell. Well, they have lost my business for good and I will continue spreading the word. Bisbee Safeway pharmacy, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. The lives of others are in the palm of your hand, but you don't give a care as long as people's insurance money keeps coming your way. Do you wonder why your reviews are so poor?

My Dr. sent a prescription and I was informed the medication was on a nation-wide back order and wasn't likely available for a few weeks (once weekly patch). They said they could fulfill a twice monthly patch and recommended I contact my Dr. and ask for the change in prescription. Once they received the change from my Dr., the prescription was ready within a few hours!
