  The pharmacy doesn’t event deserve one star. I can say the pharmacist Chi, should have her license revoked, for the lack of professionalism and knowledge of full dates. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment I received from the pharmacist at this location. What should have been a straightforward prescription refill turned into an unnecessarily stressful and exhausting experience. My prescribing physician was fully aware of the situation and specifically issued my new prescription with a fill date of November 7 to accommodate the change in dosage. Despite this, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and insisted that I could not pick it up until November 12. I was forced to contact the on-call physician at my doctor’s office and have the doctor call the pharmacist directly to explain that my dosage instructions had changed due to my fall. This was an unnecessary inconvenience, especially considering that my prescribing physician had already authorized the prescription for that specific date. To make matters worse, the pharmacist told both my husband and me that if I wanted my medication filled today, I would need to have my doctor send the prescription to another pharmacy. What upset me most was the lack of professionalism, compassion, and willingness to help resolve the situation appropriately. Patients should not have to feel as though they are doing something wrong simply because their medical circumstances have changed and their physician has adjusted their treatment. I sincerely hope that a pharmacy supervisor or someone in upper management takes the time to read these reviews and investigate how patients are being treated at this location. In my opinion, this pharmacist needs additional training in professionalism, patient communication, and compassionate care. I also believe her handling of this situation warrants a serious review of her professional conduct and whether she is meeting the responsibilities associated with her pharmacy license. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion—not subjected to unnecessary stress while already dealing with painful medical conditions. I am extremely disappointed that I had to involve an on-call physician simply to address a prescription that my regular doctor had already authorized for today’s date. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in this pharmacy.

  This post is for the Fry's food store. This store is getting ready to close as they are building a new store only a mile away. This is a good thing since the roof leaks like crazy with every storm. I just hope and pray that the current management does not follow. It has been getting worse every month but now it is just plain lazy work. Shelves not stocked or being stocked in mid morning when people art trying to shop. Shelves not stocked later in the day. Sale items run out after the first day. Senior day the shelves are empty until about noon when the isles are full of boxes with them trying to stock the shelves. Bakery is empty in the morning. Not sure when they even stock there, and please stop burning the large chocolate chip cookies. Lines are extremely long all the time. Only one Manager that works nights keeps things moving. Carts in horrible repair and always in the parking lot. When NASCAR was in town I had people visiting asking me if the store was always this bad. I was embarrassed for them. I have tried to call and complain but you can't get in touch with anyone. I have gotten to the point that I now go to many other stores to get what I need and I live less than a mile from this one. I almost forgot they like to run out of bags at the checkout also. Seriously I hope these manager don't move to the new store except for the guy with the long hair that helps everyone at night.

  the pharmacists are nice and very helpful. My order was ready as soon as I got done shopping. a little pricey though.
