The guy seemed pissed and I even heard him say “Oh god” as if we were being annoying. We were just trying to buy a protein powder nothing else. This guy needs to learn how to show some respect and treat his customers better. We ended up leaving since the guy definitely wanted us out. Do better GNC.

I later found out there wasn’t a clear record of the return being processed on the corporate side, and I’ve been trying to get a $300 refund resolved with customer service since then. I was originally told the refund had already been processed, but I still haven’t received it. I’m leaving this review in hopes it helps get the situation looked at and resolved.
