- RIRabon IottJul 1, 20263.0Came in for a class and it was fine. The instructor was nice enough and the space was clean but nothing really stood out to make me want to rush back. Its an ok workout if youre in the area and need to stretch, but I probably wouldnt go out of my way for it.

I needed to cancel during my trial period because I genuinely would not be available to be present and there was little to no willingness to work with me or offer any understanding regarding the situation. Customer service was medicore, indifferent, and completely lacking urgency. A "trial period" should allow flexibility, especially when circumstances change unexpectedly. The trial period felt more like a trap then a convenience. For a business that expects people to trust them long term, the way that they handle basic customer concerns says a lot.
