- SGSarah GoffJun 9, 20261.0I am a pediatric RN and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL!!! I recently took my daughter to the ACHNW ER for treatment. I knew what treatment she needed, but Dr. Lydia Washer refused to give it, because she said she had never given that treatment before. Dr. Lydia Washer instead wanted to test my daughter for things that she had no symptoms for. She had incorrect information about basic disease processes, and when she had no explanation for my daughter's concerning symptoms, I began to ask her questions. At that point Dr. Washer was completely unprofessional. She began to cry and say she had had a really hard day. She then abruptly walked out of the room and discharged us minutes later without answering my questions or giving any explanation for very concerning symptoms. We had to seek alternative medical care, fortunately, the needed treatment was given. Had we left and not sought care there could have been a very different outcome. I WOULD NOT TRUST ACHNW WITH THE CARE OF YOUR CHILDREN!!!! I have heard too many stories like my own. We are now stuck with a large bill for tests we did not need, and without the needed treatment. Instead, I'm having to pay for a doctor to cry when she didn't want to answer my questions and didn't know what to do.
