She made us feel welcomed, didn't up-sell us, and most importantly made sure we understood what we were paying for, and what warranties/guarantees we received. 10/10 experience, will be back!

I came into the Pinnacle Hills location super stressed out because I fly back home tomorrow night and really need my glasses for my job as an attorney. The staff was AMAZING. Not only did they help me figure out some issues with my prescription and pick out a cute new pair of glasses, they also expedited the shipping to seattle free of charge AND quasi-fixed my broken glasses so that they could hold me over until the new ones arrive. I walked in stressed out and sweaty and left feeling relived with a smile on my face. I would recommend this WP branch to anyone in the NWA area!!! The staff truly went above and beyond. ☺️🩷

The main employee helping me did not just feel like a sales person trying to sell me whatever they can. They asked my preferences and made recommendations. I also decided to try on sunglasses and even had a couple of employees chime in with encouragement on a style that they liked on me when I was trying them on. I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses and two pairs of sunglasses! Checkout was smooth and any kind of question about addons was answered in detail. I recommend this location to anyone! :)
- BRbrooks robinsonJun 10, 20261.0not for older folks that need readers or bifocals! and I'm only in my 40s! went to shop for prescription glasses. I need both distance and near glasses. Was told by the dismissive sales person that they only go up to +0.75 and they could not make my glasses as I need +1.50 with astigmatism. Do not go here unless you are young, looking for trendy over the top designer glasses and can see up close.
