  Absolutely — here’s a polished version that keeps your enthusiasm and makes Kramer really stand out: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kramer at LensCrafters! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel rushed. He gave me all the time I needed to try on at least 50 pairs of glasses until I found exactly what I wanted. Kramer also went above and beyond to make sure I received the best possible pricing, combining LensCrafters’ current promotions with my vision insurance to maximize my savings. He thoroughly explained the different lens options, coatings, and upgrades so I could make an informed decision without ever feeling pressured. I was so happy with the experience—and the pricing—that I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses from him today!   My glasses I ordered were much looser than I experienced when trying on, so I returned for an exchange, which uncovered discrepancies and dishonest charges. When I brought it to the attention of the salesman, I was given a multitude of excuses that were probably supposed to appease me. The reasons did not make any sense. Finally I agreed to start the transaction over, and was to tired to keep arguing at that point. So I left, with my receipts which are very confusing already, and now I see that's the point. I was able to look at my insurance benefits and compare to charges and receipts given the next day without the pressure. They charged me copays on my frames when my insurance doesn't have copays on the frames. They gave me 50$ off a full pair but they only took off 30$. The way the receipt is written really makes it difficult to explain why things don't add up, when you ask for a more clear version of the charges what is given does not reflect the charges on the receipt. So essentially what that looks like after I unraveled the puzzle is dishonesty. For a frame that is 219, my insurance covers 130$ I am responsible for everything above this. LensCrafters charges me 114$ when I deduct what they list as insurance savings. So, what they are charging me plus charges they get from insurance amounts to 244$ for a frame that is only retailed for 219$. My lenses would only cost 30$ for the non reflective coating according to my policy, and I was charged 47$ I was charged 151.40 for the frame by the time I got the actual receipt, and I bought a 34.99 warranty. It showed I had a 30$ off coupon but I don't even see where that has come off my portion of what is owed on the glasses. They total that up to 233.39, then below they add taxes. Then they put in parenthesis that my insurance took off an additional 84.40 off that total. Which comes to 171.16. What it should be: my portion of the frames would be 219-130= 89$ My portion of the lenses, 30$ Eyewear protection plan= 34.99$ Plus the "50quot; off coupon comes to a grand total of- 103.99$ plus tax. This company is taking advantage of people with the confusing layout of the receipts, and taking the insurance amounts splitting them up, removing from the taxed amount. I returned the glasses, immediately and will take my business elsewhere. Not worth another second of my time and I don't support dishonest corporations and snooty sales people. Watch your receipts and know your policies

  If I could give zero stars to this place I sure would. They are cunning, liars and incompetent. The person who sold these glasses to me promised that they would order the Oakley Neo Jacket sunglasses if I purchased a set of glasses now (as I was in need of one right away.) I went ahead and bought a pair of sunglasses that were my second favorite and reaffirmed I will be exchanging within 30 days for the pair that the store promised to order as long as I purchased one now. The guy was cunning and lied to my face when I asked him to order saying that that's not what he said. Please Never shop here again. I'm not giving $300 to be lied to.

  I tried them for the first and last time. The reviews on here make me think they either write their own or have someone they know do it. Thay have the worse customer service, over priced, Hell they dont even give a towel to wipe the glasses here. The lens insurance is a scam go to almost anyone else in the area and it will be free for a year with most insurance companies. If i could give this particular location a negative star I would. Very worse experience I ever had. There are several options in the area that have better glasses and way better customer service.
