She purchased two inserts from the store a few years ago and had a few questions about the ones she had and also wanted to buy a third inserts for when she is exercising to rebuild her stamina. Matthew was very attentive and asked lots of questions to understand her needs. We did not feel rushed in any way. He explained at lenght how to best utilize her inserts. He was a wealth of knowledge about different issues people suffer when their posture is suffering from insufficient shoe support. I would absolutely recommend that anyone experiencing issues with stability, knee/hip/back or foot pain drop by the store. You shouldn't have to live life in pain or worrying about an elderly family member falling because of instability when the solution may simply be that they need better foot support. Thank you Matthew for a wonderful experience.

Matt at the store knew right away what the issue was. My Velcro to keep my arch supports in place was worn out. He helped me get the Velcro replaced and my inserts are good as new. The price was really a lot too. When I got home I had the insoles in the Brooks shoes on and my husband said where is that smell coming from? They smell like bug spray they week when you walk and they are not a miracle. I have been trying to wear them for several weeks and no change in my foot they still smell and squeak
