My grandmother and I visited the store on Wednesday. She purchased two inserts from the store a few years ago and had a few questions about the ones she had and also wanted to buy a third inserts for when she is exercising to rebuild her stamina. Matthew was very attentive and asked lots of questions to understand her needs. We did not feel rushed in any way. He explained at lenght how to best utilize her inserts. He was a wealth of knowledge about different issues people suffer when their posture is suffering from insufficient shoe support.
I would absolutely recommend that anyone experiencing issues with stability, knee/hip/back or foot pain drop by the store. You shouldn't have to live life in pain or worrying about an elderly family member falling because of instability when the solution may simply be that they need better foot support.
Thank you Matthew for a wonderful experience.

Matt was so nice and great about explaining everything. We instantly felt the difference with the arch supports. My spouse has been having really bad calf pain, and said it totally went away with the first insert. We both purchased a set and the shoes - so excited to get back to enjoying life!

I was visiting The Good Feet store in Roger, AR from Virginia. I went into the store here because my arch supports started making a click sound. Matt at the store knew right away what the issue was. My Velcro to keep my arch supports in place was worn out. He helped me get the Velcro replaced and my inserts are good as new. He was a lifesaver! Thank you Matt for taking care of an out of towner, me!

I went into the Bentonville AR store thinking this was going to be a miracle for me. I purchased the insoles , socks, shoes and whatever else they offered. The price was really a lot too. When I got home I had the insoles in the Brooks shoes on and my husband said where is that smell coming from? They smell like bug spray they week when you walk and they are not a miracle. I have been trying to wear them for several weeks and no change in my foot they still smell and squeak
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?

Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
